Subscription Plans & Payment
ConnectEd Hub offers various subscription plans tailored for educators, school leaders, and educational trusts.

Subscription fees are payable in advance, either monthly or annually.

Payments are processed securely through our designated payment provider.

All prices are inclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.
Auto-Renewal & Cancellation

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle.

You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings.

Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period, and no refunds will be issued for unused portions of a subscription.

You may cancel your auto-renewal prior to the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the following period.
Upgrades & Downgrades

You may upgrade your subscription at any time, with changes taking effect immediately.

Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Changes to Pricing & Services
ConnectEd Hub reserves the right to modify pricing, features, and subscription offerings.

Any changes will be communicated in advance, allowing you to cancel, continue, or modify your subscription before new pricing takes effect.
User Accounts & Access

You must provide accurate and up-to-date information when creating an account.

Subscription access is limited to the registered user and may not be shared, transferred, or resold.

Any unauthorized use, distribution, or reproduction of ConnectEd Hub content may result in immediate termination of access.
Content & Intellectual Property

All content, including courses, articles, podcasts, and resources, is the property of ConnectEd Hub or its licensors.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or resell any content without prior written permission.
Limitation of Liability

ConnectEd Hub is not responsible for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of our platform.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and we reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any time.
Privacy & Data Protection
We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
By using our services, you consent to the collection, storage, and use of your data as outlined in the Privacy Policy.
Events & Refunds
Events: Any events or workshops provided by ConnectEd Hub, either virtual or in-person, are subject to availability and the specific terms outlined in the event description.
Refunds for Events: Refunds for event registration fees will be issued under the following conditions:

If the event is canceled by ConnectEd Hub, a full refund will be provided.

If you cancel your event registration, refunds may be issued up to 7 days prior to the event date. No refunds will be provided for cancellations made after this period.
Normal Subscription Refunds:

Subscriptions are generally non-refundable. However, refunds may be issued in exceptional circumstances, such as billing errors or technical issues.

Requests for refunds must be made within 14 days of payment, and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes shall be resolved through mediation, and if necessary, the courts of England and Wales shall have jurisdiction.
