About the event
Youth Mental Health First Aid (MHFA®) courses are designed for anyone supporting young people aged 8-18. These courses equip you with skills to recognise signs of mental health issues, provide first aid, and guide young people toward further support, helping to prevent issues from escalating. We won’t train you to be a therapist, but we will teach you to listen, reassure, and respond - even in crises. You’ll also learn to prioritise your own mental wellbeing, setting a positive example for young people.
