About the event
This programme empowers middle leaders to translate strategy into daily practice, balance leadership and management, and drive meaningful, sustainable improvement. It builds capacity in curriculum leadership, time prioritisation, and people management to maximise whole-school impact. Comprehensive 360° evaluation comprises part of the programme, with the option of purchasing coaching sessions.

Programme Structure
The course is designed to be flexibly and ensure it meets the needs of schools and leaders. It begins with an introductory session to clarify goals and ensure maximum impact. Participants will then attend five full face-to-face days, featuring expert facilitation and tailored resources to support their development.
Change Management Project
